Lisa Cash, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing

As the Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Ms. Cash plays a key leadership role in DFA Capital Management, Inc. She is responsible for global sales, market development, managing strategic partner programs and distribution strategies. With more than 15 years of experience in executive and sales management, she brings a proven ability to translate organizational vision into short- and long-term financial success.

Prior to joining DFA Capital Management, Ms. Cash was a strategic business consultant where she used her expertise to guide early stage technology companies in the development of their business plans, marketing strategies, and in venture capital acquisition.

Before that, Ms. Cash was CEO of Princeton Softech, the market leader in database archiving with global operations in Paris, London, Frankfurt and Sydney. As the CEO, she directed all global operations including Business Development, Sales, Marketing Finance, Services, Research and Development, and she raised over $21 million in venture capital financing. Ms. Cash joined Princeton Softech as Vice President of North American Sales, where she led the company’s largest division, expanding the sales force by over 100 percent and achieving 35% growth in the business by re-engineering operations.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Cash was Regional Vice President at Experian, a global leader in providing information solutions and analytics to businesses and consumers. She also held executive positions with Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and was a Regional Sales Manager for CCA (Club Corporation of America).

Ms. Cash, an expert in a variety of industries, frequently speaks at both regional and national conferences and is a guest lecturer at Wharton School of Business. She is also the recipient of numerous awards including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Business News New Jersey’s 40 under 40, and was a CEO under 40 finalist. Ms. Cash is an active member of the National Association for Female Executives, Eastern Technology Council, and New Jersey Technology Council, and she holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University.
