Chris Suchar, Executive Vice President, Professional Services North America

Mr. Suchar joined DFA as a principal of the company’s Insurance Modeling Team in March, 2000, and is responsible for all aspects of customer support and professional services. Additionally, Mr. Suchar is instrumental in building sales and marketing capabilities in North America.

From June 1986 to March 2000, Mr. Suchar served in numerous consulting capacities at Milliman, including principal and co-manager of the consulting practice of their Philadelphia office. During his tenure with Milliman, Mr. Suchar had numerous responsibilities, including involvement with development of a DFA model and the application thereof to several large insurance companies.

Mr. Suchar holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. In addition, Mr. Suchar is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), and a past Chair of the Casualty Actuarial Society Committee on Casualty Loss Reserve.
